Advanced Sliding Text Applet is a very efficient sliding text news scroller with a very easy setup process. It is designed to read a text file and display the contents within a Web page in horizontal scrolling format. Features include multi-language support and adjustable scroll speed. It can insert images, hyperlink any portion of text or an image, and pause between pages. Different pages can have different pause times. Colors and fonts can be changed throughout the text.
